Spa Cancellation

Notification of cancellation is required 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in writing. Under 72hrs notice will result in a £25 amendment fee payable upon rearrangement of your appointment. Cancellation under 24hrs or failure to show will result in your payment being non-refundable.

Private Hire bookings are required to give 7 days notice of cancellation. If a booking is cancelled under 7 days notice there is a £25 amendment fee upon rearrangement of your appointment. Cancellation under 48hrs or failure to show will result in your payment being non-refundable.
